Digital Community System Toolkit: Resources for Developing Person-Centered Digital Tools to Support Delivery of Integrated Community Services
This resource guides diverse stakeholders through the process of designing, adopting, and transforming person-centered and integrated digital community systems (DCS). The DCS Toolkit emphasizes the importance of a structured approach to ensure that DCS are centered around the individual and the community.
Co-authored by USAID and Data.FI experts and based in part on a collaborative DCS workshop held in Cape Town in November 2023, this document comes with additional resources for workshop planning, ecosystem assessments, understanding users and their requirements, DCS vision development, technical implementation considerations, and country roadmap development. Users are encouraged to customize the Toolkit to address their specific needs and contexts.
